General Rules for Participant

We want to ensure that everyone who participates in unibudget.com has a safe and enjoyable experience. Therefore, there are a few guidelines and rules that must be taken seriously by all the buyers, sellers, participants and even unibudget.com employees. Besides that, the onus is also on the participants of unibudget.com to understand fully and to comply to the user agreement and privacy policy of unibudget.com. Please refer to the User Agreement section and the Privacy Policy section for more details.

Rules for buyers

The purpose of having a set of buyer rules is to assist buyers in doing the right thing when performing a transaction. Is it very important for buyers to understand fully and comply with these rules to ensure that their unibudget.com experience is a safe and enjoyable one. It is very important for the buyers to understand that unibudget.com only serves as a platform for buyers and sellers to meet. Therefore, the management of unibudget.com will NOT be held responsible and liable for the followings:

• The safety of the buyers
• The authenticity of the products that will be bought by the buyers

unibudget.com reserves the right to add in to the list of events that it will NOT be held responsible for at any time the management team feels necessary.

List of things that the buyers should and should NOT do when participating in a transaction

DOs

• Buyers must make sure that they meet potential sellers in public places
• Buyers must make sure that they are accompanied by at least 2 friends or family members when meeting a potential seller
• Buyers must make sure that they meet potential sellers only at hours that are safe for performing transactions
• Buyers have to ensure the authenticity of the products that they are going to buy

DO NOTs

• Buyers must NOT disclose too much personal information to the sellers
• Buyers must NOT attempt to or cause any harm to the potential sellers
• Buyers must NOT meet potential sellers in private places when conducting a transaction

The purpose of having a set of seller rules is to assist sellers in doing the right thing when performing a transaction. Is it very important for sellers to understand fully and comply with these rules to ensure that their unibudget.com experience is a safe and enjoyable one. It is very important for the sellers to understand that unibudget.com only serves as a platform for buyers and sellers to meet. Therefore, the management of unibudget.com will NOT be held responsible and liable for the followings:

• The safety of the sellers
• The authenticity of the cash / cheque or any other type of payments that the sellers will receive

• Sellers must make sure that they only meet potential buyers in public places
• Sellers must make sure that they are accompanied by at least 2 friends or family members when meeting potential buyers
• Sellers must make sure that they meet potential buyers only at hours that are safe for performing transactions
• Sellers have to ensure the authenticity of the cash when receiving payments

DO NOTs

• Sellers must NOT disclose too much personal information to the buyers
• Sellers must NOT attempt to sell or sell any items that they do not own
• Sellers must NOT attempt to harm or cause any harm to the potential buyers
• Sellers must NOT meet potential buyers in private places when conducting a transaction
• Sellers must NOT try to sell fake products to the buyers
• Sellers must NOT try to sell products which might hurt potential buyers either physically of emotionally

All employees of unibudget.com have to understand that is it their duty to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of our entire client’s personal information. The set of employee rules are created to act as a guideline to restrict the actions of all employees. It is very important for employees to understand fully and comply with these rules to ensure that the participants of unibudget.com will have an enjoyable experience when using our services.
